- To produce & provide stores with specific merchandising planograms for all Range Categories & Promotional Events- To analyse data available to maximise range, space & shrinkage- To proactively work with stores on specific store requests- To help set up new stores by deciding each category space, set up new planograms for store use & order in all set up stock for new store opening.- To liase and proactively work with suppliers (i.e Coca Cola, Monster, Mondelez, Mars) on new range & promotion opportunities- To liase and proactively work with current & new local suppliers on new range & promotion opportunities- To constantly look for ways of enchancing procedures & processes with stores.- Ensure compliance with & implement all of the Societys polices & procedures

I started at a newly refurbished 2,000 square ft store where I worked closely with the Store manager and Operation managers to make sure the store started functioning as a Co-operative Store. I then transferred to a 3,500 square ft store as I wanted to gain experience supervising a team in a larger store. During my supervisor role period, I gained experience in ordering goods, running and planning promotion changeovers in order to see if I could drive sales. I also learnt the responsibility of supervising a team and ensuring that duties were completed within a timely manner. I continued with store refits as a Team Leader.

I was offered this role as I showed enthusiasm to learn more about retail after several years working as a CSA. I learnt how to process planograms correctly and continued to have the responsibility to make sure the store was compliant with Gap Scans, Stock Counts and Planograms. I was introduced to store refits where I helped set up new merchandising layouts in stores where I got to learn more about store standards.
