In addition to leaning on my years as a human resource manager and business leader, I am the Team Lead for the Global Screening division at the Mintz Group, specializing in the management of executive pre-hire, pre-deal and global background investigations; with an emphasis on mentoring and cross-functional leadership. Before joining the Mintz Group, I spent nearly two decades in the commercial retail industry, most recently as a human resource manager in the telecommunications field, where I led an aggressive campaign for growth; including opening several new markets, recruitment of personnel and the development and implementation of business strategies.With over 20 years of Leadership experience, including the successful completion of Servant Leadership, Situational Leadership, Cultural Development and Inquisitive Inquiry training, I pride myself in creating award winning teams that exceed industry standards.Prior experience highlights included operational and recruitment leadership to several regional platforms across the Midwest and East Coast; including the full scale development of a retail POS system for a top three national retailer and its successful implantation to over 700 locations nationwide.
