DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead & control the workers engaged in all concerned activities. Having the ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the works.Developing an excellent working relationship with all other departmentsEnsuring that the work crews are supplied with proper tools, equipment and materials to prevent wastage and misuse of equipment, materials and tools.Supervising the work crew to utilize the man hours and materials, exercise discipline at the work site to prevent absenteeism, unsafe work practices and idleness.Strictly following the company safety norms and quality proceduresParticipate in weekly management and safety walk thru for any  safety issue at the work place.Conduct tool box daily with the team regarding Hazard identified and the risks involved. And  coming out with a clear corrective measure in the job & job area.Daily update data sheet of all work faults and safety issue and close out report.Monitoring and Reporting on the safety aspects of the Project. Conducting induction training for the new employees to familiarize with concerned job related safety procedures and also hazards related to their work.To carry out training programs for employees to make them aware about the hazards involved in their work  task and precautions required to overcome the hazards while performing the task.Preparing and maintaining site safety report.Checking and evaluation the effective of the action taken to prevent the injuries. Support audit team in Management audit work.Co-ordinate with work at height, life line, Gin wheel, Body Harness and Lanyard, Power tools, Materials, Fire Extinguishers & Ladder inspection. Reporting all incidents to the Safety Manager and take the key learning from the incident.
