As the owner and operator of Pro-Active Massage Therapy, I work as an independent contractor through Complete Spine & Joint Center. I focus on sales and delivery for all clientele in the business. Along with providing an effective and exceptional massage thereapy for each client that comes in, I also am in charge of behind the scenes aspects of running a business like creating and managing the online marketing for the business, accounting, and managing the schedule.

Produce a specific massage catered to each client's wants and needs expressed at the beginning of the appointment. My process includes taking notes on each client at the end of the respected appointment so as to create a personalized plan for body recovery and development. I am trained and practiced in Hot Stone, Pre-natal, and Body Scrub massages-also do Deep Tissue massages which provided a comprehensive package for client satisfaction and retention.

Run practice each and every day leading and teaching drills. Prepare line-ups before each game and make adjustments when necessary during the game for optimal team chemistry and performance.

Christen-Detroit is an ISO 9002 certified industrial roofing and sheet metal installation contractor. As an apprentice I worked on and completed industrial projects ranging from minor repairs to three million square foot roof replacement.

Tend to each individual client*s needs and provide the appropriate technique needed for optimal results. I also take calls, and help with scheduling whenever needed.
