As a Coordinator I am responsible for leading several teams of Fraud Credit Associates in the day to day operations of fraud detection and mitigation. In my role I facilitate the execution and adherence of internal policy and procedure as well as Federal statute and regulatory practices. A few of my primary responsibilities include conducting weekly side by side observations and coaching sessions with every employee, completing weekly, monthly and annual performance evaluations, and personally coaching the timely remediation of any and all regulatory and compliance based errors.

As Front End Manager, I was 1 of only 3 key holders to a $50,000,000.00 retail store. I oversaw all aspects of the finances, accounting, facilities upkeep and security for the store. Some of my responsibilities included interviewing, hiring, training, and performance reviews of more than 130 employees. The large majority of these employees worked directly under my supervision. A few of the most important assets that I brought to this position are the ability to multi-task, drive individual and team performance, and communicate at a very high level.
