Bach Houling for GPON and Non GPON. DF, Ethernet and MW trouble shooting

•CWO Coordinator/TRM NSN (Nokia Siemens network) project.•GSM Transmission Implementation Engineer and CWO Co-coordinator Nokia GSME5, GSM6, GSME7 and 3G Project.•Responsible for the Transmission and CWO needed by Nokia and Siemens in the whole Project. •Coordinate Transmission requirements with STC Management. •Follow up New site, Expansion and Rehoming work with STC Network Engineering and STC Network Operation. •Follow up the cross-connection and troubleshooting of E1, TPU and wiring missing, Revision of CWO with STC CWO Groups. •Attend the IFG (Implementation Follow-up Group) and GSM committee meeting to escale and address all the dependency and blocking issue that the project had been facing. •Coordinate to Engineering for the LOS package and Transmission Design.

•Radio Site Implementation Engineer (RSI). Responsible for the testing, activation and commissioning of E1 in the transmission network using Ericsson Mini-link Radio P-com, Harris, Nerra Radio and Fiber optic. •Incase of network failure, trouble shooting of E1.Change out of Lucent BTS equipment to Ericsson RBS equipment. •Testing of E1 and Stand alone of RBS 900 and 1800 equipment. •Installation and commissioning of Mini-link radio, Indoors and out door. Work with RND group for Optimization of Cell Site and Site Survey.
