IT Manager familiar with a wide range of business IT support. For the last nine years I have provided sole IT support for CIWEM from tiers 1-3 and 3rd party escalation. Having previously worked in most stages of the supply chain which gives me a good understanding of where responsibilities and liabilities lie when it comes to fault finding and diagnosing difficult issues. Whilst at CIWEM I have reduced costs by bringing expensive hosted services in house and migrating others, enhanced the remote working abilities which proved invaluable during the COVID lockdowns and provided support on the CRM IMIS system. Familiar with PCI DSS and card handling requirements also responsible for forward planning, network and infrastructure enhancements and changes, software evaluation and anticipating business requirements.
