As social chair I am responsible for planning and organizing social events, fostering brotherhood, and enhancing member engagement. This role involves coordinating formal events, parties, and community service activities, while managing budgets and collaborating with other organizations. As social chair I also have to ensure that events align with the fraternity’s values and promotes a positive image on campus. Strong leadership, communication, and event planning skills are essential for success in this role.
