Lead a team of 9 reports procuring fiber to meet the cost, quality and safety requirements for OCC sourced to the mill system. Provide effective leadership, personal development and employee engagement.Key member of Recovered Fiber Lead Team providing input and shared ownership of the development and execution of all operations and people strategies. Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on matters relating to the global and national recovered fiber business. Ressponsible for periodic review, update and execution of sourcing and inventory strategies. Develop and implement effective procurement and negotiation strategies with large regional and national vendors. Develop and implement deliberate improvement initiatives to improve the financial performance of the business. Enngage with mill managers and mill lead teams at 18 mills to ensure mill and fiber supply operations are jointly aligned and that demand/supply planning and inventory management functions are optimized to sustainably minimize cost.
