I started of at the DPS as a customer service representative answering phone queries from agents, landlords and tenants in relation to the DPS Custodial & Insured schemes and it's related schemes LPS Scotland and LPS Northern Ireland. Later moving onto the correspondence team dealing with varying written queries across all schemes.After my time as a CSR I progressed to the disputes team as an ADR Case Handler preparing cases ready for adjudication by summarising both landlord and tenant evidence. During my role as an ADR Case Handler I took on further responsibilities including running daily and weekly reports for the ADR team leader, assisted in the training and development of new and existing team members, played a key role in the recruitment process for the position of ADR Case Handler and interviewing potential candidates, assisted the ADR team leader in the running of the ADR team in their absence.
