-Serves as part of the ESG Initiatives Team managing our Impact Bonds strategy and spearheading new ESG initiatives in Freddie Mac Multifamily Capital Markets-Project manages several new ESG initiatives -Creates and delivers presentations to educate internal and external audiences on ESG initiatives and impact investment offerings at Freddie Mac-Created the inaugural ESG Newsletter at Freddie Mac Multifamily to send to all of Capital Markets as well as senior leadership -Researches and stays up to date on important ESG industry updates-Supports the Impact Bonds strategy and pre-screens each deal to uphold our strong impact criteria -Created an ESG Dashboard to automate annual reports and better track the Impact Bonds pipeline-Lead the annual impact reporting process -Created a public database to disclose our historic impact issuance to investors

-Teach students how to code using Scratch and JavaScript -Demonstrate various programming applications, such as robotic programming-Explain relevant concepts to student projects-Encourage critical thinking for code-based problem solving-Localize bugs in code that prevent games from running -Advise students on alternative code that will help their programs run more efficiently-Co-lead various camps that teach students about Drones, Robotics, and how to code in Python-Coordinate the project grading system, carefully tracking and documenting student progress-Lead virtual 1-1 Zoom sessions so students can continue learning while at home
