I combine an innate technical expertise with a broad knowledge of the property sector. My introduction to building services engineering commenced in 1983 when I embarked on a four-year electrical apprenticeship with the Property Services Agency at a large MOD establishment which helped to lay down a firm foundation for the future. Throughout my career I’ve been committed to delivering practical advice and solutions on the design, operation and maintenance of engineering services, which translate into real value for my clients. And I combine strategic know-how with a practical hands-on approach. Before setting up IFE I’d created a solid industry profile with 30 years’ experience in building engineering services at operational, management and strategic levels holding senior positions in industry leading businesses.I’m committed to creating a brand that delivers the very best and enjoy working with energetic, dynamic teams, which is reflected in IFE’s shared passion for endurance sports, notably triathlon. As well as being a regular competitor in industry events such as the JLL Property Triathlon and 5K, I have embarked on ‘extreme’ events such as the Himalayan 100 multi-stage relay and numerous half and full Ironman competitions.
