My name is Christopher Roberts and I currently work at Harkins Theatres in Flagstaff, Arizona. In this role, I have been working as a Shift Team Leader, where I am in charge of how the operations of the Theatre are carried out. This includes scheduling the duties of the day, employee breaks, handling most customer service questions and concerns, and maintaining the Ultimate Movie Going Experience for every guest that comes to Harkins Theatres. One of my previous jobs was when I worked for The Spa Guy Inc., where I worked as a Field Service Technician and as Website Manager. Here, I go to people's homes and help them fix whatever is wrong with their hot tub, whether it be a leak, electrical, or any other kind of issue. As for the Website, I helped create the site and all of its features, as well as did the daily maintenance for it to keep it up and running.I also worked for Bellhops Moving and AMC Theaters when I was in High School and College, where at each I had a leadership role. At both jobs, I gained heavy skills in customer service, communication, time management, and a myriad of other offhand skills.
