Working under Sonic Clinical Services I was part of a team supporting 200+ clinics from multiple different business units including Occupational Health, Cosmetics, Specialty Healthcare and General Practice Clinics.Our team served as the Level 2/3 escalation for all incidents in SCS and we either independently resolved issues or worked with specialised Infrastructure teams to find an outcome to support the business.• Sole team responsible for 2 production AD Forests and over 1500 Servers including terminal servers, Hyper-V, Exchange, SQL, Web, DNS, File, and Print Servers distributed across 100+ on-premise clinic locations and the Sonic private cloud.• Supported all Hardware including Workstations, Printers, Mobile devices, Network Equipment and more (including onsite support).• Provided application support for specialised medical software and assisted in generating reports for the business using both SQL and PowerShell respectively.• Conducted thorough investigation and resolution of networking incidents encompassing DNS, DHCP, Proxy, Firewall, Radius, VPN, and routing within our Cisco hardware network, including analysis of device and firewall logs.• Project managed, coordinated, and implemented a large-scale time-sensitive project acting as the Tech Lead in migrating all Windows servers to a cloud-based proxy solution with minimal interruption to the business.• Collaborated with over 50 teams using ITIL processes and applications working within Cherwell Service Management software for Incident, Change and Asset Management.• Independently resolved over 1700 tickets.• Assisted with maintenance and patching of server infrastructure supporting Windows Server 2022, 2016, 2012 R2, 2008 R2 and 2003 systems.• Supported Windows 7 and Windows 10 desktop environments, including both persistent and non-persistent virtual desktops.
