• Manage the movement of goods in a timely manner while ensuring first in first out(FIFO) as well assafety measures like two-person moves• Utilize the "Holding Cooler/Return to Inventory (RTI)" layout, and communicate shortages to minimizefood waste. • Tracking deliveries to ensure on time deliveries and communicated with customers and drivers to makesure goals are achievable.• Monitor reports, timecards, equipment use and review driver DVIR's to maintain workflow and properMaintenace as needed.• Explain/demonstrate work task to new employees and assign experienced employees with new orfamiliar task.• Ensure inbound and outbound freight is accurate and damage free well reporting any (OS&D) overage,shortage & damages.• Provides supervision, counseling and coaching of warehouse employees to ensure compliance withSOP's and to assist with necessary problems.• Aid in the development of company SOP's using any and all Microsoft software to be successful.• Maintain cleanliness using 5S and Lean procedures to meet or exceed OSHA guidelines.• Prepare stock, accurate and safe using RF scanners and electric pallet jacks/reach truck to completetask.• Ensure all picked pallets assembled are relocated near staging areas or into truck loads.• Participates in pre shift meetings, training sessions and employment improvement classes to maintainsuccess of material handlers.• Proficient with ERP systems SAP, Oracle and UKG time management• Plan work assignments and establish schedules to maintain warehouse KPI's and goal expectations are met.
