Communicate on regular basis with clients, consultants and other stakeholders in projects• Support all steps of the proposal process; write proposals and prepare supplemental materials• Prepare applications for government loans and grants, conventional mortgages, and otherfinancing• Research funding and other opportunities• Conduct analyses of statistical information/data for presentations and reports• Underwrite projects for feasibility• Assist with project implementation, including construction monitoring and draw process, duediligence completion, and close-out documentation
