 Under a contract for the Law School Admission Council, assisted School Account Managers (SAMs) with the mapping and testing (QA) of data and other Flex App changes.  Navigated Candidate Services to support schools with their JD and LLM projects and applicants. Documented all reported issues in the incident management system and followed up on issues until resolved. Consulted with the admissions office staff to analyze current admissions processes, procedures, and business practices in order to provide best practice solutions related to using LSAC electronic services and products for law school admissions. Provided feedback from school users or self to enhance functionality of LSAC systems.

 Under a contract for the Department of Homeland Security, was responsible for receiving, inputting and evaluating data. Utilized DHS (Dept of Homeland Security) databases (Lexis Nexis/Accurint, CIS, ICM, FALCON) to run queries, prepare reports, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and conduct research. Conducted Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9) audits that were be both administrative and criminal in nature, and maintained evidence utilized to assess administrative fines or to support criminal prosecutions. Prepared audit reports and associated administrative fine paperwork to support the issuance of Notices of Intent to Fine, Final Orders, Warning Notices and other related documentation for HSI (Homeland Security Investigations) audits related to the employment eligibility verification process. Completed Reports of Investigation in the HSI case management system detailing all audit findings and actions, to include factual reports that identified instances of noncompliance with immigration laws and regulations, inefficient operations and improper or unlawful employment practices.  Performed other audit duties as assigned and deemed necessary to execute the interior enforcement strategy of HSI as it relates to worksite enforcement. Coordinated these functions and procedures with senior case agents. Performed all administrative functions necessary to ensure compliance with basic property, time and attendance, facility, and information technology processes in government location.
