As an Engineering Drafting and Design Instructor at Lehigh Career & Technical Institute, I had the privilege of teaching and mentoring students who are passionate about STEM fields and careers. With over 10 years of experience as a Technology and Engineering Education Teacher, I have developed and delivered engaging and interactive curriculum that covers topics such as AutoCAD, 3D modeling, engineering design, and robotics. I hold a Master's degree in Education Administration from McDaniel College, and I am currently pursuing another Master's degree in Instructional Design Technology from Full Sail University. My core competencies include instructional design, educational administration, assessment and evaluation, and project-based learning. My mission is to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation among my students and colleagues, and to prepare them for the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century. I value diversity, equity, and inclusion in education, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to my classroom and my team.
