I work directly with customers as a strategic and trusted advisor, negotiating at fleet and Board level. I am targeted to hit delivery, profit and customer service figures and have always over achieved against these. I lead a team made up of an internal sales support executive and customer service executive. I also take on additional responsibilities such as organising and hosting major hospitality events for customers, as well as planning, orgainising and presenting at large internal conferences. As well as this I am involved with the Lloyds Banking Group Sustainablity team and actively help support both my customers and colleagues on issues regarding sustainablity.

Oxford To Southampton Region

Progressed from Trainee Manager to Branch Manager in 18 months. Spent a year as a Remarketing Manager before moving back into rental as an Area Manager. As an Area Manager I was responsible for management of a region of 5 branches in the South Central region, with a focus on overall branch and regional profits, customer service, marketing, fleet growth, training and recruitment as well as employee moral and motivation.

Harare, Zimbabwe

Landela Lodge was a luxury safari lodge situated 22km outside Harare in Zimbabwe. It consisted of 20 rooms or cottages and catered for up to 42 residentual guests and up to 100 non-residentual guests at any one time. My responsibilities included ensuring all guests had a memorable and special stay, meeting and greeting all guests, recruitment and training of all staff, dealing with all staff related issues, ordering of all supplies, organising and leading excursions and game drives, organising, promoting and leading special events, working with local residents to ensure harmony and being available to guests 24 hours a day.
