As a trusted strategic advisor, I help clients develop strategies for obtaining required environmental permits and complying with environmental laws, including the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, Migratory Bird Treaty Act, and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). I have also assisted a variety of private-sector clients in complying with NEPA requirements for third-party renewable energy, mining, and oil and gas projects and have also worked directly with federal agencies to help them comply with NEPA requirements for a variety of resource management projects.My international experience also includes providing ESHIA services for mining projects located in Asia, Africa, Central America, the Middle East, North America, and South America.
