Also in pilot team for company change program and new pricing structure.

Selling corporate volutary healthcare into varied accounts using consultative sales technique whilst staying within FSA regulations, Managing contacts at sites to maintain strong presence for brand and continued access.

Owner operator of two private public houses in Suffolk and Norfolk. Here I became a proficient pub chef whilst managing profit and loss and working with local brands and suppliers in each area to build a both sites into stand out establishments. Managed both establishments through to 2010 developing local teams, supporting events such as fetes and running succesful beer festivals twice annually.

Working across several brands within the group on multiple locations including London, Nottingham, Lincoln and returning to my original store as Branch Manager and then moving into a cluster manager role supporting the area manager by looking after several stores in my locality. Here I exceeded all kpis and maintained a store in the top 10 of cpmpany league tables.
