These involved data manipulation, attention to detail, time management and a determined attitude.5) Reviewing Guaranteed Minimum Pension (GMP) calculations and cases in order to aid the completion of GMP Reconciliation - this role involved giving detailed feedback to those undertaking the cases in order to ensure consistent quality.6) The amending and presenting of training materials explaining Guaranteed Minimum Pension Reconciliation and calculations to new joiners in Krakow, Poland and Darlington, UK.
