My current focus is 3-fold: (1) the development of companies; (2) engage new clients, and (2) assist in managing environmental risk and liability. The goal is to improve our community. Ultimately, this involves a co-operation of both enterprise and neighborhoods. Needless to say, that is easier said than done. I assist a wide range of clients including federal and state governments, municipalities, Ports, industry, private business, developers, planners, and architects. I have extensive environmental project and program experience as well as clean water experience.Cradle-to-grave project management work includes project scoping and proposals, budgeting, planning, field operations and implementation, and reporting. Skills include client development, budget and staff management; risk screening and assessment, and in-depth interaction with specialists, clients, and regulators.Projects include small to large due diligence, clean water services (water rights, well installs/development, aquifer testing, water supply forecasting), remedial investigation, PFAS/PFOA investigation, risk assessment, brownfields investigations and cleanup, methane characterization and mitigation, storm water source control evaluation, UST decommissioning, facility environmental management, asbestos abatement, city-wide infrastructure developments, PRP identification, ISO 14001 certification assistance, and others.
