I have litigated cases with amounts at issue ranging from nuisance value to $1.4 billion, and have practiced before federal and state trial and appellate courts, government agencies, and arbitration panels. I have extensive experience with document-intensive e-discovery, and have successfully briefed and argued many motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment.
