Currently working for Hattori Hanzo Shears as the National Sales Director. I have been in the top 5 in sales every year since starting and won numerous awards. I worked for Westbury Pharmacy/for almost 14 years. I have spent 10 of those years in the Medical Equipment division of Westbury's company. The last 5 years had been focused on sales inside and outside of the store and generating business with Dr's offices and Physical therapists through phone calls and face to face interaction while making sure that we, as a company provide the best product, the most up to date information and trends in the medical equipment field, and a friendly and easy experience for our customer. I also managed a Tattoo Parlor where my key responsibility was improving the client experience, track spending habits and accumulate monthly reports on profit and loss. In working with Hattori Hanzo, a leading company within the Beauty industry, I have had the fortunate opportunity to grow quickly with my track record in sales, area cultivation and customer service. Being number 4 overall sales rep out of 80+ my first year, number 2 overall sales rep out of 110+ my second year and number 3 overall sales rep out of 110+ my third year. I also won People’s Choice Award (2017 & 2018), Employee Of The Year And Manager Of The Year through my colleagues and team. I’ve also cultivated in my two year tenure as Team leader, promoting three of my employees to Team Leader positions. With lots of travel and time away from my territory, for training and cultivating new reps and out of territory accounts, I have still managed to continually hit monthly sales quotas for my territory and exceed them by high margins. I have also reached the Presidents Club within our sales force, less than half way through the year 2 years in a row, and 6 months into my third year when the qualifiers were increased. In my first year as National Sales Director, we broke our yearly sales record with less staff than previous years due to the pandemic and worked on implementing employee incentive plans to increase sales and employee satisfaction.
