After graduating from Cardiff University with a degree in Marine Geography, I took on my closest passion, becoming a full time professional sailor - travelling around the World on a variety of yachts. This experience led to me having the opportunity to learn the sailmaking trade in South Africa where I was delighted to join Quantum, concentrating on the membrane and racing sail departments within. At Sanders I have earnt the right to manage this incredible loft, learning the importance of people management and a hard work ethic. My life to date has been spent in the marine industry and I have been able to build an expansive set of qualities and skill sets that I use every week in the sailmaking industry. My long term plans for Sanders Sails are my number one priority as we continue to expand and develop into a brand name of the marine trade.
