As a teller it was my job to provide an excellent customer service experience while looking for opportunities to improve the relationship between each customer and Wells Fargo. The was done by providing the best possible solutions to each customer to suit their needs. It was also my responsibility to ensure the safety and security of my customers as well as other team members and Wells Fargo by following proper security procedures to prevent any losses.
