• 24 years of experience in Completions and Work-overs industry throughout Canada, Middle East and North Africa.• Extensive exposure with Major Oil & Gas Companies in both operational and management positions.• Expertise in workovers, completion, fishing, production testing, stimulation, production management and engineering• Supervised final completion phase on Drilling Rig’s including running casing, frac ports and packers. (Packer Plus down hole frac ports and packers)• Supervised Well head maintenance and installations ( Cameron, Stream Flow, Vetco Grey and ect).• Fracing- Slick water, Oil’s and LPG with n2 & or C02 sand fracing• Skills on elaborating programs and timing for workovers, well testing, completion, stimulation, etc and supervise all• Extensive Knowledge of all artificial lift methods: ESP, SRP, PCP, jet pump, gas lift, bean pump etc • Experience in different operations with wire-line, slick line units, coil tubing, pump units for cementing and acidizing.Conversant with open and cased hole logs (CCL, GR, SBT, CBL, USIT,VDL, PLT RCI, RST, etc.)• Familiar with many types of land Service Rigs including Rig assist snubbing units and free standing• Negotiation skills• Calculate budget, OPEX/CAPEX• Confident team leader and mentor• Familiar with the MOC process • Outcome focused• English and some Arabic
