Chair a key position within the organization, providing leadership and technical direction to a Basic Combat Training Company consisting of four Basic Training Platoons and a Company Headquarters staff comprised of a First Sergeant, 16 Drill Sergeants, Four Platoon Leaders, an Executive Officer and three staff with an annual training mission of over 1,000 Initial Entry Training (IET) Soldiers.➡️Hold direct accountability for the training, discipline, administration, morale, welfare, and security of IET Soldiers, with the average daily strength of 240 Trainees and 21 Cadre. ➡️Coach, develop, and mentor staff, building team capabilities through realistic training, encouragement, and creativity, to ensure the readiness of the company.➡️Hold a variety of HR accountabilities directly related to building a working climate emphasizing training to standard, quality of life, and safety while providing an environment free from all forms of sexual harassment and discrimination. ➡️Leveraged leadership strengths during the onset of the COVID-19 Pandemic to ensure strict adherence to standards to ensure the health and well fare of all cadre and Trainees.➡️Deliver financial oversight and accountability and for more than $2.5 million in equipment.

Delivered leadership and oversight to a Armored Brigade Combat Team which included supporting the development of targeting products supporting Brigade operations and executing commander's counter fire, radar zones, and other target engagement priorities. ➡️Assisted the Brigade FSO with integration and synchronization of all lethal/non-lethal fires, indirect fires, joint fires, and multinational fires with other warfighting functions. ➡️Developed a scheme of fires to support the operation, coordinated positioning of fires assets, and identified named and target areas of interest, HPTs, and additional events that may influence the positioning of fires assets.➡️Conducted the tasks associated with integrating and synchronizing joint fires, and multinational fires with the other warfighting functions.➡️Rained fires cell personnel to perform all of their functions. Served as the primary adviser to the Battalion Commander on all matters concerning lethal and non-lethal effects and airspace coordination; requests and controls artillery, mortars, attack aviation, and close air support.➡️Oversaw all aspects of training and development for 4 Fire Support Teams which included of four officers, 5 NCOs, and fourteen Soldiers; responsible for accountability and maintenance of over $15,000,000 of equipment. ➡️Planned and executed multiple learning and certification events to include the Fires Academy the Fire Support Team certification exercise, and multiple Battalion planning efforts. ➡️Served as the Lead Fire Support Officer for the Battalion during Warrior Strike, a digital live action engagement exercise that included American and Korean Forces.

Delivered operational support to the 3rd Infantry Division in Fort Stewart, GA and led operational planning, synchronization, and execution of decisive operations and coordinate combined, joint, and multinational fires. ➡️Planned and ensured the safe execution of live Artillery Fire exercises and certification programs.
