- Scheduling all technical milestones of a software and hardware installations. - Developing and maintaining relationships with the project’s primary customer contacts and technical team (eg: Production Studio Head and IT Administrators). - Building Linux and Windows servers, attaching storage and backup systems, and loading all the appropriate software.- Testing all the builds, doing performance tuning across all hardware and software. - Scheduling and training the customer on their hardware and software. - Physically going onsite and installing a customers hardware and integrate into their environment.- Assisting with day-to-day hardware and software support issues across customer base. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex server, hardware and networking issues. - Monitoring support ticketing system by investigating and resolving trouble tickets.- Delegating tasks to other internal or external support teams. - Working with sales and customers on pre-sales activities (eg: Quotes on new orders or technical questions and issues). - Assisting development team on the creation of proprietary tools and plugins we sold to our customers. - Conducting system audits and suggesting modifications and improvements the customer can make to fully utilize their system for the coming year(s). - Leading training classes with the customer on their products and solutions. Documentation creation for products and solutions.- Installing and tracking product licensing.
