  • Responsible for the direct supervision of two state substance and mental health programs as well as a co-occurring case management program with an overall client population of approximately 450 clients.• Oversees and provides clinical consultation to a staff of up to eleven therapists and two case managers ensuring accurate and clinically sound documentation as well as the use of evidenced based therapeutic interventions.• Participates in the development and implementation of agency policies and practices affecting the overall scope, operation, and direction of the agency.• Conducts weekly interdisciplinary team case conferences with all three supervised programs to discuss current cases which require in depth supervision, discussion, and feedback.• Projects, develops, and monitors revenue and expenditures for the agencies fee for service programs and the agency as a whole.• Oversees quality assurance by reviewing all clinical documentation in an effort to ensure program compliance with Joint Commission accreditation as well as all licensing and medical regulations.• Organizes, implements, and tracks training programs for all members of the treatment team as well as various administrative staff.• Provides regular administrative and clinical supervision of all clinicians and case managers including annual written performance evaluations and any corrective action that may be necessary. • Develops, plans, and implements strategies to manage agency growth and ensure self-funding and sustainability of all supervised programs.• Regularly reviews and recommends changes in program services to meet client needs, identify deficiencies, and ensure that the agency is utilizing the most current, evidenced based research and techniques.• Interviews and makes recommendations for hire of quality staff to the Executive Director while also ensuring appropriate orientation of all treatment team members.
