• Directly reporting to company director to lead on a business improvements project. I was required to assess departmental and organisational effectiveness in meeting customer expectations and advised on business efficiency and effectiveness. I provided process maps for their systems and procedures and identified areas for improvement and made additional recommendations. Resultantly, I created a business case which utilised technological improvements to save the company over £138,000 year on year and improved the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery and improved customer communication. The project facilitated to the creation of meaningful departmental KPIs which could be drawn out through the technology implemented. Further, I produced easy to follow standard work instructions in an interactive format.
