Marketing Implementation Specialist
Current- Launch products for Financial Institutions with excellent project management.-Develop in-depth knowledge of each client’s products, markets, business goals, and strategy.- Work with clients and internal teams on versioning creative and gaining approval as necessary.- Execute marketing on client’s behalf as outlined in the contractual agreement, including but not limited to custom collateral, email, direct mail, and digital programs.- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Kasasa marketing, brand, strategies, tactics, platforms, and processes for both internal teams and clients.- Effectively set and manage client expectations and timelines.- Build excellent rapport with clients and maintain client satisfaction throughout process, creating “raving fans” of Kasasa.- Escalate, inform, and resolve issues in a timely manner.- Communicate effectively to gather all necessary materials on the established timeline for each individual project.- Overcome obstacles to ensure final marketing programs are delivered on time and with best-in-class quality.- Ensure project plans, target launch dates, and pertinent information remain current in all systems.- Provide support as needed throughout client life cycle.
