Christopher is an experienced architect with expertise in dispute resolution, professional negligence and in the legal field, being one of the few architects qualified as a chartered arbitrator. Christopher's extensive experience includes ten years as director of an award winning architectural practice and four years as an associate in a commercial architectural practice. His particular interests are contract administration, historic buildings and building defects.Expert experience includes giving oral evidence in the TCC, in the County Court, the Mercantile Court and in Arbitration and Adjudication, both as party expert and single joint expert. Participation in Mediations and Without Predjudice meetings is a regular occurance.Christopher keeps in touch with everyday architectural practice as an advisor to a number of local architects firms. He also acts in disciplinary procedures for both the RIBA and the Architects Registration Board.As well as being a Chartered Architect, Christopher has a Masters Degree in Construction Law and Arbitration, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is a registered dispute resolver with the RIBA, the RICS and the CIArb.
