Experienced Training Project Manager with extensive experience in providing innovative, engaging and relevant training solutions for the Defence industry. Fully conversant with the AUSDEFCON Strategic Materiel and AUSDEFCON Complex Materiel suite of tendering and contracting templates, the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL), the Australian Army’s Instructions for developing training for new capabilities, and current Australian Army training doctrine. In support of major land projects, I have produced or led the development of Training Support Plans, Training Requirement Specifications, Performance Needs Analysis and Design Reports, Training Recommendation Reports, and Learning Management Packages. My Defence experience includes 17 years as an Armoured Vehicle Crewman, during which time my responsibilities included developing a training Management Package for M1A1 Abrams and M88 Hercules crewmen, leading and managing operational and training teams, managing various training courses, and teaching M1A1 Abrams Tank Tactics at the Australian Army School of Armour. I hold a Negative Vetting Level 1 Australian Government security clearance.
