Christopher has worked in the Victorian and Queensland health systems for over 20years, with experience in consulting, operational management and clinical roles. His experience includes alcohol & other drugs, child & family services, disability, family violence, hospital services, mental health, public health, and youth services. Christopher is passionate about delivering more efficient and effective health and social services and driving client and community outcomes through policy, funding model and service (re)design. He has extensive experience in project management and stakeholder engagement and demonstrated capabilities across:- Policy, strategy, operations & performance- Workforce planning & development- Funding model, governance and organisational design- Service planning & model of care development- Program evaluation
