As a member of the Softdocs Operations Team, the Operations Training Consultant is responsible for performing organizational training needs analysis, developing training programs based on department needs analysis, delivering product, procedural and non-procedural training sessions to ensure that Softdocs employees are educated and are current with all company policies and procedures. Responsibilities also include assisting the entire Operations Team with improving corporate operational efficiency and customer implementation success. • Identify, assess and implement future and current training needs through department and functional role analysis and career path objectives.• Collaborate effectively with all departments to ensure successful service delivery of corporate training initiatives. This includes new employee onboarding, internal product training, new product functionality, and corporate policies and procedures. Develop training materials and procedures as necessary.• Assist with the ongoing efforts of the replacement and implementation of operational systems including, system testing, development of reference guides, and the delivery of employee training.• Develop departmental new employee onboarding training program. This will involve working closely with each department leader to assess and customize training programs.• Conduct new employee orientation sessions including product overviews.• Participate in new systems routine audits and document all findings. This includes working with the department leaders to remediate any infractions.• Assist with the development and review as needed of Etrieve Solutions product user and administrative documentation.• Established a company-wide rotational leadership internship• Serve as a mentor and a champion of change to help grow Softdocs employees.
