• Provided technical project management to Bio-Pharmaceutical customers pertaining to Validation testing. Primarily, the role required ascertaining the scope and technical expectations of the customers and correlating.
• Managed a staff of 15 Laboratory Technicians and 2 Lab Supervisors in Port Washington, NY and Fajardo, Puerto Rico which required submission of work requests, review of work product, provision of feedback on work.
• Creation and modification of test protocols for the execution of laboratory practices to meet customers’ requirements and developed training manuals and guidance documents to foster high quality output and timely.
