My primary responsibility is the growth and development of Regal’s East coast distribution.• Primary in all dealer engagement activities: product ordering, inventory management, conflict resolution, product training, coaching.• Solicit new dealer accounts.• Create a marketing and sales plan annually with each dealer.• Analyze market data and communicate with leadership and dealers to exploit areas for growth potential, areas of weakness and opportunities for improvement.• Provide dealer feedback to various departments including senior leadership, engineering, customer service and manufacturing.• Work directly with retail customers; particularly the yacht segment. Assist dealers with selling at the retail level.• Supply chain management.• Work trade and industry shows; including planning, coordination and setup.• Conduct internal sales analysis; price comparisons, product comparisons and program analysis.• Organized, planned and executed Regal’s national sales training. Annual three to five day sales training event that dealerships would send salesmen to our Orlando manufacturing plant.• Coordinate with engineering on new product development including market viability analysis, targeted BOM and wholesale pricing analysis, projected revenue analysis, product improvement and category analysis.
