Currently administer and support the following systems for both the City of Poquoson and Poquoson City Public Schools:• Account management• Software deployments (through SCCM and Group Policy)• Computer deployments through SCCM and WDS)• Computer Image creation (using SCCM and MDT)• PowerShell Scripting• Server-Side Software Troubleshooting• 2 separate Exchange 2007 servers (one for the city and one for the school division)• FOIA requests and compliance for email• File and server backups (using SCCM Data Protection Manager 2010)• IBM i7 Client Setup and Support• System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) • Client-Side Software Troubleshooting.• Peripheral Integration (Document Imaging Cameras, Celebrite System, BEAST, Accessibility Hardware, etc.)• Integration with third party web applications (Secure LDAP authentication, Website Compatibility troubleshooting, plugin management, etc.)• File Space planning, permissions, monitoring, space creation• Long range technology plan implementation and revision• Hyper-V Clusters (2008 R2 and 2012 R2)• SANs (currently iSCSI)• Client and Server updates through a combination of WSUS, SCCM and off-hour downtime.
