My biggest role as the assistant manager is to collect delinquent rent. Month over month I helped bring total delinquency down and help drive total revenue up. Some of my other job duties are but not limited too, assist Property manager with the day-to-day operations and tenant relations, through thecoordination of tenant requests and administration of maintenance services.
