Resource Planning Analyst
Current- Meets with management, peers, and other departments to discuss staffing and forecast analysis needs.- Maintains long term staffing models for Workforce Management.- Prepares phone/processing demand forecast by reviewing and adjusting for variances in shrinkage, volume, productivity, handle time and volume.- Creates and communicates long-term hiring plans to other business areas like Recruiting and Customer Relationship Management.- Reviews skill set and licensing needs for demand and creates and modifies capacity models.- Develops and designs presentations to show staffing and forecasting analysis findings and may discuss recommendations for next steps.- Reviews and discusses analysis with Workforce Management team.- Serves as contact for reporting needs/issues regarding forecasting data.
