I am an accomplished Human Resources Business Partner with a strong foundation in Global Talent Acquisition leadership. Currently, I am an HR Business Partner at JLL supporting the Public Institutions and Life Sciences divisions of our Work Dynamics business. This role allows me to leverage my extensive recruiting leadership experience while expanding my HR expertise. My unique background enables me to bring a holistic perspective to talent management, combining strategic recruitment insights with broader HR functions. In addition, it allows me to effectively partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive business performance. Previously, I served as the Global Head of Recruitment for JLL's Project & Development Services, Sustainability, Client Value Growth, and Procurement business lines. In this role, I was responsible for developing overall recruiting strategies, managing key stakeholder + leadership relations, and driving speed, quality, and diversity in our groups' hiring processes across all three regions. I was also fortunate to build, lead, and scale a high- performing global team of recruiting managers, recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators in this position. As a people leader I took pride in ensuring a data-driven consultative approach in all of our team's hiring manager and candidate interactions. Prior to that, I held the position of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for JLL's Property Management, Brokerage, and Capital Markets groups in the United States, and earlier in my career I learned the fundamentals of recruiting and Human Resources through positions held with various well-regarded staffing agencies. Overall, throughout my career I've gained comprehensive experience in many key areas including: strategic HR planning, organizational development, performance management, hiring, business operations, talent management, recruitment marketing, workforce planning, compensation planning, employee relations, HR policy implementation, people analytics, account management, and diversity & inclusion.
