Customer service professional, with experience in the Hospitality and Financial services industries. I have achievements in operations and training, both in office and restaurant settings. I have a strong history of attention to details such as menu design, data entry and audits. I am an easy going get the job done kind of person who gets along with most people. One of my key strengths is my ability to go above expectations when solving customer issues and producing a positive experience, while working within time lines. I have a great track record of working with all types of people, so my goal is to work on the operations side of either a resort or financial institution.
