Supervise all maintenance activities on shift for several departments through out the plant.

Directed all employees in the Ablative Department, Power Coat Department, and Sand Blasting on night shift. Position called for any and all training assignments and or changes. Responsible for payroll, discipline, and directing all production. Left Major Tool due to layoffs.

Lead Supervisor for the 5690 Main Shaft production department in Kokomo Plant 2. Supervised 48 employees. Topics included TPM, safety, payroll, discipline, lean manufacturing, and day to day topics. Left Chrysler due to commute. -76 miles each way.

Directed all production activities in the construction and installation of gas lines. Also directed all activities during facility damages. Controlled Vectren for all of central Indiana. Left position for a better opportunity.

Production supervisor over the Crank Shaft, Blocks, and Heads departments on night shift. Controlled operation decisions and maintenance activities. Payroll, discipline, safety, and operational decisions handled daily. Worked there until the plant closed.

Worked for Guide Lamp (Anderson), New Venture Gear (Muncie) and Ford (Connersville) for this time period. All three locations closed. Supervised hourly employees manufacturing transmission parts and assembly at New Venture Gear. During my 4 yeasts at Ford I supervised employees manufacturing all air conditioning compressor parts for all Ford cars and trucks. My time at Guide Lamp I supervised hourly employees manufacturing plastic injection molding machines and assembly of appliqués for GM vehicles. All three locations closed.

Staff Accountant working on audits of auto dealerships, property tax returns, individual tax returns, and S Corp tax returns. Released after auto dealership tax returns demised - we all remember the Inventory Tax sales on autos back in the early 90’s.
