Manage all marketing initiatives for the brand relating to golf. This includes fostering relationships with sponsored athletes, partner brands, brand ambassadors and event activations.

Develop a comprehensive business plan to re-launch the Los Angeles chapter. The business plan will describe, in detail, everything needed to run a successful chapter in the Los Angeles market including; organizational structures, board development strategies, fundraising initiatives and expansion plans. Additional projects as assigned by the CEO and VP of Chapter Relations.

Direct the junior golf and life-skills program by managing relationships with Los Angeles-area golf courses and a team of 25 independently contracted golf instructors while marketing classes to parents throughout Los Angeles County. Supervise 1 full-time Outreach Manager to develop partnerships with elementary/middle schools and after-school agencies.

Maintained organizational stability after previous Executive Director unexpectedly pursued a new career opportunity. Took on additional responsibilities including: managing full-time staff members, managing monthly budgets, communicating with major donors (individuals, corporations and foundations) and assisting the Board of Trustees in conducting a search for a full-time Executive Director replacement.

Assist the Executive Director with fundraising initiatives, managing the organization's donor database in addition to updating social media outlets, creating monthly newsletters and managing the organization's website.
