Direct budget formulations for fiscal and Future Years Defense Program averaging $2-4M annually. Articulate requirements to resource managers and Army Intelligence to secure future program funding. Mentor staff and support initiatives/ideas to facilitating sharing of knowledge.Provide strategic direction as subject matter expert on open source intelligence and data science. Oversee inclusion of data science techniques to provide improved and unique insights into intelligence problem sets. Provide 400+ requests for information responses annually on worldwide topics. Co-author/contribute over 20 all-source assessments based on data science or open-source support. Maintain metrics to track branch performance by country, topic, and analyst. Direct team responsible for coordinating and writing finished all-source intelligence assessments utilizing analytic and integrity standards (AIS).
