Supporting adults with various barriers to learning to develop IT and employability skills. Responsible for mentoring individuals to navigate the internet for job search , creating CV’s and recording information in relation to employability activities on personal journals in line with DWP outcomes. Also planning and preparing sessions to incorporate the diversity of the group and health and safety requirements. Identifying learner needs through initial assessment and managing and monitoring paperwork for such in individual files in line with Data Protections laws..

Working in a fast paced environment offering high quality customer care at all times. Serving customers and handling monies. Stocking shelves, ensuring stock rotation and care with presentation of goods. On occasions I was responsible for accounting in the cashing office, ensuring accuracy

Working in a small team to carry out daily cleaning duties in line with company regulations. Working in a fast pace whilst maintaining the highest standards at all time. Adhering to health and safety and COSHH when handling cleaning products. Carrying out a variety of job roles to ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
