As a Starbucks Operations Manager, I assisted the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. I deployed partners and delegated tasks to create the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing legendary customer service with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. I was responsible for supporting on-site Human Resources and Field Recruiters in the hiring process of new associates. My responsibilities include managing the distribution of resumes, scheduling candidate interviews, conducting candidate phone interviews and preparing new hire paperwork. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I also administered all structural assessments, background investigations, and drug screens. In support of our field management team, I assisted hiring managers with hiring events, technical issues regarding the Talent Acquisition and HR systems. I also screened telephone calls and referred them to the appropriate contact. As an Administrative Assistant, I also prepared routine letters, memorandums, agendas, presentations, & forms. I was directly responsible for establishing and maintaining official documents and records in appropriate files to ensure organization of materials.
