With over 15 years experience in the Gas Industry, I am currently managing a team of Engineers across the UK. Responsible of problem solving and delivery of heating and solar power for clients including Sainsbury's, Argos and Santander.I carry out CAD design using SketchUp and analysis which enables me to provide detailed reports outlining the client’s needs and ensure that they are compliant with the current standards. This skill is also beneficial when fault finding and reporting on areas within our clients' premises where they may have a non-compliance. I am responsible for ensuring that all legislative service works are carried out on time, achieving the clients KPI’s. I also ensure that all installations and remedial works are suitable to meet the clients' design requirements, timeframe and budgetary constraints.I also assist in the project management of any major works to be taking place which can sometimes include parts manufacturing where required (machining and additive manufacturing), liaising with suppliers for materials and equipment requisition.I also cover training and qualifications management, deliver internal training courses, timesheets and absenteeism management, subcontractor management, internal auditing and inspection to ensure compliance.
